Ususally when writing you start form scratch each time. Not with non-linear writing. There is no need to reinvent the wheel for each piece.
Each node can be used again to form larger nodes and articles. And also parts of nodes can be remixed and combined.
This means that as you write you are building a huge library of prose which can be reused. This passively creates a huge network of nodes which can be used for referenced and even combine atomic notes to form larger pieces of content.
